By messaging MigraTech on WhatsApp or otherwise using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
MigraTech is a migration concierge service. We help you understand which migration pathways you may be eligible for, collect and review supporting documents, and connect you with a specialist for guidance through your application. We are not a government agency and do not process visas or immigration applications ourselves — decisions on any application are made by the relevant government or institution.
No guaranteed outcome
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete information about your background, qualifications, and goals.
- Only upload documents that are genuine and belong to you (or the person you're authorized to act for).
- Respond to requests for information or documents in reasonable time, since delays on your end can delay your case.
- Use the service for your own genuine migration inquiry, not to abuse, spam, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
Fees
Some services may carry a fee, which we'll discuss with you directly before you commit to anything. Any fees are tracked internally against your case. We do not currently process payments online through this website or through WhatsApp — we will never ask you to pay through an unverified or informal channel.
Bot & human staff
Your first point of contact is an automated assistant. You can ask to speak with a person at any time; a staff member will take over the conversation directly. Messages from staff are clearly distinguishable from the automated assistant in our internal records, and a human reviews any document you submit.
Intellectual property
The MigraTech name, logo, and the content of this website belong to MigraTech. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as needed to use the service normally (for example, sharing a link to this site).
Limitation of liability
We do our best to give you accurate, up-to-date guidance, but immigration rules change and every case is different. To the extent permitted by law, MigraTech is not liable for decisions made by third parties (including government authorities), for changes in immigration policy, or for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You can stop using MigraTech at any time by simply ending the conversation. We may pause or end support for your case if you provide false information, misuse the service, or if we're unable to verify documents you've submitted — we'll tell you why if this happens.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MigraTech after a change means you accept the updated terms.
